Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as it is in its original condition (tags attached and no signs of wear) and is not a clearance item.
Once we receive your return, we will issue an online credit that never expires, which you can use on any product in our store, including a different size if needed.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN I CHANGE IT?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible at support@excbox.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

- Your order number
- The product name/code
- A photo of the item and a description of the issue

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE – CAN I STILL USE IT?
